Woman in critical condition after she is struck by car in Belfast
A woman is in a critical condition following a serious road traffic collision in Belfast.

Police are investigating the incident on the Stewartstown Road in Belfast on Friday.
A female pedestrian was struck by a black Nissan Leaf at around 6.15pm close to Suffolk Day Centre.
She was taken to hospital where her condition is described as critical.
The driver of the car, a 49-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily injury and has since been released on bail to return at a future date.
