Woman questioned after girl taken to hospital
Gardai are continuing to question a woman after a three-year-old child was hospitalised on Saturday.
The infant was taken to Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital in Crumlin for treatment. It is understood the child is in a stable condition.
Emergency services were called to a house in Shankill, Co Dublin, shortly after 4pm.
The woman in her 40s was arrested in connection with the incident.
Forensic officers have sealed off the house while investigations continue.
