The Braidmen, who progressed to the last four following a 2-0 win over Championship One leaders, Warrenpoint Town midweek, will go into the game as favourites having home advantage over Oran Kearney’s troops.

The Bannsiders made it into the draw for the semi-finals with a superb win over league leaders Crusaders.

In the other semi-final pairs Irish Cup holders, Glenavon with Carrick Rangers at Mourneview Park.

The Lurgan Blues ended Cliftonville’s stranglehold on the League Cup with a 3-2 extra-time win in Wednesday night’s quarter-final tie while Carrick defeated Dungannon Swifts.
