Glentoran and Coleraine, who will meet on Friday evening at The Showgrounds, are the two teams still maintaining an unbeaten record while Larne have put together a five-game winning run, keeping clean sheets in each match.
At the bottom, Glenavon remain without a point ahead of their weekend trip to defending champions Linfield, who are still making ground up on their rivals having played five fixtures due to European exploits.
Throughout every match, Sofascore award each player performance with a ranking between 1-10 and from those results we can see who they view as the Premiership’s top talents.
Here, we take a look at who they have ranked as the top player at each of the 12 clubs at this early stage.
NOTE: Players have to had played in four Premiership matches or more to qualify and the list is compiled on current league position.

5. Bangor - Ben Arthurs
Bangor striker Ben Arthurs has continued to take every step up the Irish League pyramid in his stride and scored his fifth Premiership goal by netting against Larne on Saturday. No player has won more aerial duels than Arthurs - he's the only Premiership star with more than 100, second place is more than 30 behind, displaying his dominance in the air. 6. Dungannon Swifts - Kealan Dillon
Dungannon Swifts have enjoyed an upturn in form across recent weeks and Kealan Dillon has played a key role. The midfielder scored in victories over Glenavon and Larne, and has also been an important attacking influence. Only Coleraine duo Dylan Boyle and Will Patching have made more accurate passes than Dillon when it comes to Premiership midfielders this term. Photo: INPHO/Presseye/Stephen Hamilton

7. Ballymena United - Ben Kennedy
Ben Kennedy sits atop Ballymena United's Premiership goalscoring charts once again this season, netting three times in 11 matches for the Sky Blues. The striker is Ballymena's main threat - as shown by the fact only Joel Cooper and Dungannon's Junior have been fouled more times this season than Kennedy. He missed Saturday's clash away to Linfield and Jim Ervin will hope to have him back available soon. Photo: INPHO/Stephen Hamilton

8. Portadown - James Teelan
James Teelan has popped up with important league goals for Portadown this season, scoring a last-gasp winner against Cliftonville before adding to his tally - which stands at three - by netting a decisive second in their memorable victory over Linfield. Teelan sits fifth in terms of successful dribbles this term and he has a crucial role to play for Niall Currie's Ports. Photo: INPHO/PressEye.com/Jonathan Porter
