Ticket sale postponed for Bosnia-Herzegovina v Northern Ireland play-off

The Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina have confirmed the sale of tickets for Euro 2020 play-off at home to Northern Ireland have been postponed to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

The association released a statement on Tuesday to confirm the postponement with tickets due to go on sale on Wednesday.

The play-off semi-final is scheduled to take place on Thursday, 26 March in Zenica.

"In order to prevent the spread of the virus corona, and in accordance with the recommendations of the relevant institutions, the ticket sale is postponed for several days," the association's statement said.

"A new ticket date will be announced later."

Meanwhile, Michael O’Neill has included Jordan Jones in a 26-man squad for the upcoming game

Rangers winger Jones has been sidelined with a knee injury, making his first appearance in over a month when he came on as a late substitute against Ross County on Sunday.

Hearts striker Conor Washington also returns to the squad, but there is no place for Linfield’s Shayne Lavery, while Corry Evans is out injured.

Oxford’s Mark Sykes and Aberdeen’s Matthew Kennedy, both uncapped, are also included in the squad.

O’Neill’s side are due to play Bosnia in Zenica on March 26, with the winner facing either the Republic of Ireland or Slovakia for a place at Euro 2020.
