Ticket holders were told of the change in an email and the information has been added to the tournament’s official website under the ‘Patron Info’ tab.
It reads: “Patrons with practice round tickets, daily tournament tickets and series badges will no longer be required to provide proof of a negative Covid-19 test, as previously published.

“Please note this update to testing requirements is only applicable to practice round tickets, daily tournament tickets and series badges. It does not apply to other patron groups, such as Berckmans Place ticket holders.”
Berckmans Place provides high-end hospitality at Augusta National and ticket holders will still have to take a test 72 hours before arriving and another on site.
Face coverings will also have to be worn, indoors and outdoors, and spectators are being asked to observe social distancing and to use hand sanitiser stations throughout the grounds.
