Cookstown 100 taking online bookings for limited spectator places in September

The Cookstown 100 is taking online spectator bookings for the race, which the organisers hope to run as a closed event with limited spectators from September 11-12.

A variety of packages are available, ranging in price from £17.50 to £25, including admission wristband and official programme.

A statement from the club said that a ‘very limited amount of spectators’ would be allowed at the event in Co Tyrone, adding that bookings would be taken on a first come, first served basis. The number of spectators permitted was not confirmed in Wednesday’s statement.

Payment is being accepted through PayPal, sent to [email protected].

All Irish road races in the Republic of Ireland were cancelled this season due to the Covid-19 pandemic along with the North West 200 and Armoy meetings.

The Tandragee 100 remains postponed, although no alternative dates have been suggested.
