Macau Motorcycle Grand Prix confirmed to take place in November

Resurfacing work has been undertaken around the Guia street course this year, with the first phase completed in August. The second phase of work between Casino Oceanus and Fishermen’s Bend will be completed from October 5-7.
Last year, Michael Rutter won the race under controversial circumstances for a record ninth time after the result was declared based on positions after one lap, when the race had been re-started for a second time.
In relation to the ongoing Covid-19 threat, the organisers said in a statement: “MGPOC (Manx Grand Prix Organising Committee) will continue to closely monitor the development of the COVID-19 pandemic and make appropriate preventive arrangements for the races based on the relevant guidelines by the Macao Health Bureau.”
