Of those incredible victories, seven were achieved in the coveted Senior TT, which has now become established as the headline event at the festival. 1. 2005 Senior TT
John McGuinness made it a Superbike and Senior double as he capped race week in 2005 with victory in the prestigious Senior TT on the AIM Yamaha, beating Ian Lougher and Guy Martin.
2. 2006 Senior TT
John McGuinness completed another TT treble as he won the Senior race on the HM Plant Honda in 2006 for his 11th win around the Mountain Course, taking victory from Cameron Donald and Bruce Anstey. He had earlier won the Superbike and Supersport races.
3. 2007 Senior TT
In a sensational end to the centenary TT in 2007, John McGuinness clocked the first ever 130mph lap at the event on his way to victory in the Senior, beating Guy Martin and Ian Hutchinson. McGuinness also won the Superbike TT at the start of race week.
4. 2008 Senior TT
There was no stopping John McGuinness in the 2008 Senior TT as he took his 14th victory to equal Mike Hailwood's record on the Padgett's Honda, coming home clear of Cameron Donald and Ian Hutchinson.
