Motorcycle racing fans and individuals involved in the sport have used social media to express their sadness at the tragic death of former Manx Grand Prix champion, Alan 'Bud' Jackson.

The veteran racer was from Cumbria, England and was fatally injured during practice for the Classic TT on Thursday.
