"Because every point that we pick up is going to be vital in this league, be it a losing bonus or a try scoring bonus...it is making sure that we get our house in order so we can pick up as many points as we can each week.
“The two things are probably discipline - stop giving sides easy entries into our 22 – then the flip side of that, we need to be more ruthless.
“We are not being effective enough at times converting those into points...if we can stop giving teams entries through our ill-discipline and then be a bit more patient when we get into the 22 and take our opportunities, we can hopefully turn some of those tight loses into victories.”
Armagh lost 35-25 to Clontarf in December.

“It has been a wee bit disruptive with the weather but we feel we’re in a good position going into the game.
“We’ll just try to get off to the best start and pick up as many points as we can and just keep building and try to catch Lansdowne, who are above us, we go there next week.”
Props Callum Reid and Cameron Doak start, Ross Taylor comes into the centre while Rocky Olsen moves to full back. There is a potential AIL debut for Michael Burnette off the bench.

Hide AdHinch coach Adam Craig knows his side must return to winning ways if they are stay in play-off contention.
“We need to get back winning again but you see from the opposition we are playing and everyone in this league has lost a game," he said. “Anyone can beat anyone on their day.
"We have been in the game at half-time and we just need to fix a few things around momentum in the second half and we should be ok.
"I think the rest has been really important, the guys had a bit of time off over Christmas to enjoy life away from rugby.”
