Ulster v Southern Kings: Some thoughts from Ulster and Ireland hooker Rob Herring ahead of Saturday's PRO14 game in Belfast
Ulster hooker Rob Herring was surprised to get a recall to the Ireland squad for the last two rounds of the Six Nations, but on Saturday he is fully focussed on delivering for Ulster.
The Province face Southern Kings at Kingspan Stadium (5:30pm) where a win will shoot them into second place in Conference B and strengthen their play-off hopes.
Rob talks to sports editor Richard Mulligan ahead of the game.
