Sitting in the Diary Room in the house, an emotional Angie said: “I haven’t seen him for so many years, I can’t make a big drama out of it. I just feel like an era has ended with his passing... I’m so very sad.” Through tears she later added: “Stardust is gone.”

She has been in the house since January 5 and opted to remain in the house after learning of her former husband’s death.

Talking to fellow house mates DAVID GEST and JOHN PARTRIDGE about her decision to stay in the show, she said: “I’d prefer to be here but I’m damned if I do and damned if I don’t... if I don’t leave I look callous, if I stay I look callous.”

The 66-year-old former model has spoken about her ex-husband several times since entering the house, and accused him of turning their son against her.

She said: “I don’t see him (Duncan) at all. He doesn’t like me. But my daughter loves me, so it’s good.”

On the question of why her son chose not to see her, she said: “I guess David told him not to.”

l Strictly Come Dancing pro KRISTINA RIHANOFF opened up about her “surprise” pregnancy as she has confirmed she won’t be returning to the BBC dancing show.

The dancer delighted her Celebrity Big Brother housemates when she announced she was expecting her first child with boyfriend BEN COHEN, her partner on Strictly in 2013, on Thursday.

In an interview with Hello! magazine before she entered the house, Kristina revealed it came as a complete shock to the couple.

She said: “It was a surprise but I am obviously delighted.

“My mother was with me over Christmas and when we found out she put her arms around me and she cried with joy.”

She also admitted that leaving Strictly was a “bittersweet situation” and one that had been decided before she discovered her pregnancy.

The 38-year-old confessed she had almost not signed on for another series last year, eventually putting pen to paper two weeks after the other dancers.

“It’s a bittersweet situation. I was on Strictly for eight years and I always loved the dancing side of it, but I feel relieved because I wasn’t happy towards the end,” she said.”

Nevertheless, she described the show as the “most exciting thing” she has ever done and credits it with introducing her to the cast, who she remains close with.

The pair reportedly began their relationship in the summer of 2015 and got engaged at the weekend, during which they attended the Golden Globe awards ceremony.

The notice read: “Mr Rupert Murdoch, father of Prudence, Elisabeth, Lachlan, James, Grace and Chloe Murdoch, and Miss Jerry Hall, mother of Elizabeth, James, Georgia and Gabriel Jagger, are delighted to announce their engagement.”

A spokesman for the Murdoch family told the paper: “They have loved these past months together, are thrilled to be getting married and excited about their future.”

Australian Murdoch has wed three times before, while it will be US-born Hall’s first official marriage, although she had a long-term relationship with Sir Mick.

The pair were first spotted together in public at the Rugby World Cup final between Australia and New Zealand in October.

Murdoch was previously married to Wendi Deng, mother to two of his children, but they split in June 2013.

He reportedly paid out 1.7bn dollars (£1.08 billion) in a divorce settlement to his second wife Anna Murdoch, while his first wife was Patricia Booker.

Hall, who moved to Paris to pursue her modelling career aged just 16, famously met The Rolling Stones frontman, and the couple wed in 1990 in Bali, but their marriage was later disputed since it was not properly conducted, and was subsequently shown to be invalid.

The pair had four children together, but parted after 23 years.
