Beoga announce Belfast headline show at the Limelight 1 in April
Irish folk band Beoga have announced a headline Belfast show at the Limelight 1 on Saturday April 17, 2021.
Following on from the release of their highly coveted singles ‘Make A Mark’ (featuring Ryan McMullan), ‘In A Rocket’ (with Lissie) and ‘Matthew’s Daughter’ (featuring Devin Dawson) throughout the year so far, Irish outfit Beoga are celebrating the release of their new mini-album ‘Carousel’ which was released in May.
Coinciding with the mini-album’s release in May, the band streamed live, featuring a host of special guests including; Foy Vance, Lissie, Ryan McMullan, Stephanie Rainey, Niall McCabe, and Devin Dawson, as well as exclusive interviews and a live Q&A with the band themselves.
‘Carousel’ was produced by Grammy-nominated producer Jonny Coffer, and finds the band focusing on creating attention-grabbing hooks with a mix of rootsy instrumentation and elements of electronic pop production.
The ‘Carousel’ title was chosen to reflect Beoga’s experiences over the past two years.
