Releasing tickets for sale, Lagan Seahorses’ Secretary John Weir said: “This will be a wonderful event with a programme packed with crowd-pleasers from the big musicals and show-tunes, as well as some of our favourite Irish ballads and folk songs. Rehearsals are now in full swing and we’re really excited to be heading back to the Waterfront Hall. The fact that it’s a fund-raiser for Marie Curie is making all of us sit up and give every piece that extra bit of practice magic to make it a really fantastic night of music.

Under much-loved Musical Director Melissa Murray, the 50-strong chorus is renowned for its rousing close harmonies and big sound.

Anne Hannan, Partnerships Manager at Marie Curie, said: “The charity is delighted to be associated with the Lagan Seahorses and to be the beneficiary of the choir’s headline show at the Waterfront. The money raised from the event will enable Marie Curie to continue to deliver its nursing service throughout Northern Ireland and to help more people, and their families, living with a terminal illness.”

Tickets are on sale now from the Waterfront box office priced at £10.
