Fire and Light Walk, Hillsborough Castle, October 31-November 3'See Hillsborough Castle's Gardens in a different light this Halloween, follow an immersive illuminated trail through the gardens as part of this new evening experience for all the family. Witches, wizards, ghouls and vampires are all invited to come along dressed in their most imaginative costumes. Mini Halloween Festival, Flowerfield Arts Centre, Portstewart, October 26-30'The mini festival will begin with Halloween Howlers arts and crafts workshops for children aged 5-11 on October 26 and October 28 from 11am - 1pm. On October 29, Artist in Residence Corrina Askin, will lead a puppet making workshop inspired by her characters Mr Bones and the Hungry Ghost. Why not make a day of it by calling in to visit raconteur, entertainer and singer Paul Brady as he takes us on a whistle stop tour of Halloween around the world. Flowerfield opens its doors to all with a free Family Fun Day on October 30 filled with Halloween treats from art and craft workshops, live music and face painters from 12 noon to 2.30pm followed by the Flowerfield Fancy Dress Parade led by Chip 'Chipstick' Bailey from 2.30pm to 3pm.
