Unable to bring you live performances just yet, the theatre nevertheless offers a full workshop programme, film screenings and visual arts to enjoy.

This weekend will see a screening of what has regularly been voted the greatest ever Western, ‘The Searchers’.

Starring John Wayne, with Ward Bond and Natalie Wood, this John Ford classic tells the story of a Civil War veteran who will stop at nothing to find the men who murdered his family.

‘The Searchers’ will be screened on Friday, October 2, at 8pm - tickets £5. Crafters will be delighted at this weekend’s interactive workshops.

You can join the Creative Cushions workshop on Saturday, October 3, and learn to make two fantastic cushions, one in a super cute dog shape and the other crafted from shirt materials. Cost for participation and all materials is £30.

Or you could try your hand at making a Moroccan Ceramic Lantern. Design, construct, carve and decorate your own lantern from white porcelain clay. This workshop will take place on Saturdays, October 3 and 17.
