Like Alan Carr, but without the humour!

A former contestant from The Traitors believes the celebrity version of the show has influenced the current series with Stephen mimicking Alan Carr.
Paul Gorton, who featured in the 2024 series, has been giving his insight into the tactics being employed by the participants, and has spotted some familiar traits.
“Stephen is very Alan Carr without the humour,” Gorton said. “If Stephen was a faithful, I'm almost certain he would behave exactly the same way he's acting now.
“I don't think Stephen is not playing a character. He's not doing the villain role. He's actually not really lying. Stephen's trying to be like Minah and Cat Burns, where he hides. And then he's also being Alan Carr, where he befriends everybody around him.”

Speaking to WhichBingo, Paul added: “Every time people talk about Stephen, they normally talk about him fondly. You can see that because there's very clear evidence that Jessie's trying to say that he's a traitor, and people just aren't picking it up.”
Jessie Roux was the latest Faithful to be murdered on Friday with Traitors Stephen and Rachel seeing her off after she had pointed the finger at the man from the Isle of Lewis.
Meanwhile, hostClaudia Winkleman announced the introduction of the Ceremonial Dagger, which will enable a player to make two votes at the next roundtable. The Traitors will decide which player receives the dagger.
