Currently digital specialist with the Belfast News Letter I have held vaious roles for the publication including, for a period, the position of acting managing editor.

Prior to that I have been News Letter visuals editor and picture editor for all our Norther Ireland publications, including the News Letter

I started my journalistic career working as a press photographer across a number of Morton Newspaper titles in Northern Ireland including the Portadown Times, Lurgan Mail, Ulster Star - Lisburn,and Farm Week

After taking a career break to work as a ski instructor in France I became staff photographer for the new Banbridge Leader.

I am a keen skier and motorcyclist being an observer with Lisburn advanced motorcyclists 

I live in the Banbridge area and am married with two grown up children and a Cocker Spaniel who may never grow up.
