Keith, owner of private training facility RE:Health&Fitness, and his team have been putting Bloc Blinds’ staff through their paces with a series of team building exercises. 60 employees have signed up to the challenge and together in five teams they will compete against each other in a series of 48-hour fitness and wellbeing challenges. Keith has also been providing employees with access to nutritional info, workout templates, and fitness advice.

The partnership was developed with the aim of promoting the benefits of physical and mental wellbeing, especially during difficult periods such as lockdown.

Bloc Blinds Managing Director, Cormac Diamond said: “Keith has extensive experience in the health and fitness industry, with a particular focus on overall wellbeing and incorporating fun – so we knew he would be a perfect fit. Since lockdown, there has been a real emphasis on the importance of exercise and keeping healthy, and with many of us working from home, this can often be neglected. It has been a great experience training with Keith and exercising not only our bodies but our minds too. We’ve also shown what a competitive bunch we are at Bloc!”

Keith Bigger added: “I’ve enjoyed working with the team at Bloc, they are up for the challenge and have displayed some amazing efforts so far. It’s great to work with a local company who are actively engaged in supporting staff’s health and wellbeing.”
