The move from the Innovation Factory in Belfast marks a significant step in the company’s growth and will provide additional capacity to support its increasing client base.

DPMNI provides a range of commercial and residential property services, including general property maintenance, facilities management, specialist construction, commercial cleaning and routine building upkeep.

The new Lisburn base will give the company a more central operational hub, helping its teams respond more quickly to customers and improving the efficiency of its day-to-day logistics.

Simon Anderson-Crothers, head of operations at DPMNI, said the move would provide the foundations needed for the company’s next phase of growth.

"Moving our headquarters to Lisburn gives us the operational foundation we need as we scale up," he explained.

"This new space streamlines our day-to-day logistics, allowing us to deploy teams more efficiently and maintain the high standard of service our clients expect. It's a key move for our long-term operational strategy."

Co-owners Christina Rea and Tristan Delaney highlighted the importance of the new location for the company's broader vision.

"Lisburn provides the perfect central hub for our next chapter," continued Christina.

"This transition isn't just about extra square footage; it reflects the hard work of our entire team and our commitment to investing directly back into the business to support our growing customer base." "We've seen exceptional demand over the past few years, and we needed a headquarters that matched our ambitions," added Tristan Delaney.
