'Making a real difference for our customers and colleagues': Northern Ireland trio recognised for fundraising and teamwork at prestigious awards
ABM’s Belfast colleagues Cormac Kelly, Davy Bolton and Conor Vaughan were recognised for charity fundraising, teamwork and their contribution to the facilities management firm
Three Northern Ireland employees of facilities management firm ABM have been recognised at the company’s annual One ABM Awards.

Cormac Kelly and Davy Bolton, who work at Victoria Square shopping centre in Belfast, were presented with the Respect and Integrity Award after raising £2,000 for Friends of the Cancer Centre in memory of their former colleague, Gerry Blain.
Their fundraising was recognised as part of the awards, which celebrate employees who demonstrate ABM’s values and make a significant contribution to the company and their colleagues.

Belfast man Conor Vaughan, ABM’s QHSE manager, was also recognised, receiving the Team Player Award for his contribution to the business and support for colleagues.
Since becoming QHSE manager, Conor has developed strong relationships across the organisation and has been recognised for consistently going beyond the expectations of his role.
The awards were presented at Lawlors Hotel in Naas, Co Kildare, as part of ABM’s Ireland Roadshow, which brought colleagues together to discuss the company’s growth and performance ambitions for the Irish market.
Six awards were presented to ABM employees, recognising their commitment and contribution to the company.
Richard Sykes, SVP and President, UK & Ireland, said the awards provided an opportunity to recognise employees who demonstrate the company’s values and make a difference to customers and colleagues.
He explained: “Our success is built on the commitment, expertise, and passion of our people. The One ABM Awards are an opportunity to recognise those individuals and teams who consistently go above and beyond, living our values every day and making a real difference for our customers and colleagues.
"Congratulations to all of this year’s winners and thank you for the contribution you make to ABM’s continued growth in Ireland.”
Winners of the One ABM Awards at regional events across Ireland and the UK will now be considered for further recognition at ABM’s Leadership Conference and Awards in London.
