NIE reveal that thousands of customers lose electricity - ‘engineers are enroute’
Thousans of customers lost electricity in Downpatrick, NIE have confirmed.
In a Tweet they said: “We are aware of a fault in the #BT30 #Downpatrick area which is affecting over 9,000 customers.
“Engineers are en route. Apologies for any inconvenience caused”.
A later Tweet said: “Customers in the #BT30 #Downpatrick area should now be restored, sorry for any inconvenience caused”.
