The luxury boutique hotel, which opened in April 2026, said strong guest demand and a busy programme of activity had prompted the addition to its senior management team.

The Bedford launched ahead of schedule following significant interest, with its opening weekend fully booked. It has since reported strong occupancy levels and busy dining experiences during its first six months.

The hotel has also recently been named Heritage Hotel of the Year at the Georgina Campbell Irish Food & Hospitality Awards.

The new deputy general manager will work closely with the executive management team to maintain service standards and support the hotel's continued growth.
