'This is a significant endorsement': Northern Ireland vehicle conversion firm marks 20 years with new Ford partnership
The certification strengthens TBC Conversion’s relationship with Ford and adds a medium-sized wheelchair accessible vehicle to its range, expanding choice for passengers and transport operators
Northern Ireland vehicle conversion firm TBC Conversions (TBC) has become a Ford Pro Certified Partner.

The partnership builds on TBC’s existing relationships with leading manufacturers such as Stellantis, MAN and Volkswagen, and reflects the company’s continued development of its wheelchair accessible vehicles (WAVs) and accessible transport solutions.
The certification expands TBC’s Ford’s conversion range with the addition of the all-new Tourneo Custom WAV.
Donavon McKillen, managing director, TBC, said: “Becoming a Ford Pro Certified Partner marks an exciting development for TBC, strengthening our relationship with Ford and reinforcing our ability to deliver high-quality vehicle conversion solutions.
“The addition of the Tourneo Custom WAV to our Ford range further enhances our offering, giving customers greater choice while filling a gap in the market for a medium-sized WAV.
“Designed with both passengers and operators in mind, it combines improved accessibility, flexible seating, generous space and everyday comfort.
“This is a significant endorsement of our expertise and commitment to quality and builds on the strong relationships we have established with customers and industry partners alike. We look forward to showcasing the vehicle at the Euro Bus Expo in Birmingham next month.”
Founded in 2006, TBC has grown into a trusted name in vehicle conversions and accessible minibus solutions and is celebrating 20 years in business this year.
TBC Conversions will be attending Euro Bus Expo from November 3 to 5, where it will be showcasing the Tourneo Custom alongside its Mercedes-Benz Sprinter front-entry and side-entry minibuses.
