The deal by Precision Group strengthens the group's building and maintenance division and broadens its range of services across the island of Ireland
Northern Ireland-based Precision Group has expanded its electrical services through the acquisition of SES Electrical Contracts.

The deal strengthens the group’s Building and Maintenance division, adding a team of qualified electricians and expanding its operational fleet.
The acquisition will increase Precision Group’s capacity to provide building, maintenance and electrical services to commercial and industrial customers across the island of Ireland.
SES Electrical Contracts based in Co Down will bring a range of specialist services into the business, including electrical testing and inspection, emergency lighting, fire alarm and security systems, access control, rewiring, electrical installations and repairs, as well as electric vehicle charger installation.
The team also holds industry accreditations and approvals, including NICEIC, Safe Spark and Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) approval.
Precision Group managing director Kevin William said: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of SES Electrical Contracts and to welcome the team to Precision Group.
“SES Electrical Contracts brings extensive experience in delivering electrical services across commercial and industrial environments, with a strong focus on quality, compliance and customer service. The team’s specialist expertise and established reputation complement Precision Group’s existing Building and Maintenance offering.
“We look forward to building on the strong foundations established by SES Electrical and continuing to develop our offering as part of the wider Precision Group.
“We are excited about the opportunities this acquisition creates and look forward to continuing to invest in our people, capabilities and services as Precision Group enters its next stage of growth.”
Eddie Finn, head of technical services at Precision Group, said the acquisition would allow the teams to work more closely together and respond more efficiently to customers.
“From a Building and Maintenance perspective, we’re really looking forward to working alongside the SES Electrical team and bringing our experience together. Having a dedicated electrical team as part of the division will allow us to work more closely across projects and respond efficiently to our customers’ requirements.
“There is also a great opportunity for the teams to share knowledge and experience, while continuing to develop the services we provide. We’re excited about what we can achieve together and the opportunities this creates for the future of the division.”
