Man arrested in ongoing Muckamore Abbey investigation into ill-treatment of patients - 13th person to be arrested

Detectives from the PSNI’s Public Protection Branch investigating the allegations of ill-treatment of patients at Muckamore Abbey hospital have this morning arrested a 43-year-old male in the Antrim area.

A PSNI spokesman said there are no further details at this time.

The man arrested this morning is the 13 person to be arrested to date.
