Rocky is a very sweet gentle giant and is starting his search for a new forever family. He has had his little world turned upside down recently and has found himself in kennels. Rocky loves his canine carers but really doesn't enjoy kennel life and is finding it quite stressful, he is very much missing his snuggly sofa evenings and home comforts. This stunning boy is very friendly and really loves human company especially belly scratches. Rocky would really love a private secure garden where he can play his favourite game of ball and have a little sniff around. Staying true to his breed Rocky really loves adventuring and will happily go exploring with you. Photo: dogs trust
Cuan - Terrier (Lakeland) Cross - is a sweet 5-year-old Lakeland Terrier ready to start searching for his Forever Home. Cuan is a sensitive fellow, so he will need a specific home. He does not like traffic or meeting other dogs while out on walks, which means he will need to be exercised in quiet locations without much going on. Cuan also enjoys peace and quiet at home, so an environment without a lot of noise would be perfect. A home without any children or other pets is important for Cuan as previously mentioned, he is sensitive to noises or lots of activity around him. Any outdoor space should be secure and away from loud or busy roads so that Cuan can potter around the garden until his heart’s content! Cuan is very fond of people and has formed great bonds with his Carers! He greets people with a wagging tail and once he gets familiar with you he will happily jump up on your knee for a cuddle. He will stay there all day if he could! Cuan is a fantastic boy in the house and enjoys his home comforts. In his previous home he liked to sleep in the living room or bedroom, all the comfiest places! Photo: Dogs Trust
Pablo requires an adult only, quiet home with no visiting children. He would be best suited to being the only animal in the home so he doesn't have to share the limelight. Pablo can be quite apprehensive meeting new people so potential adopters must be willing to visit him multiple times so he can build a bond with them. Once Pablo gets to know someone he is a sweet and loving boy who loves curling up on your lap. Like most chihuahuas, Pablo is a chatty boy who likes to let you know how he's feeling. His favourite thing to do is keep watch out the window but occasionally he will fall asleep on the job. Pablo loves going for trips in the car. He is house trained and is content to be left alone as long as he gets toilet breaks. Previous experience with a feisty chihuahua is desirable. Photo: Dogs Trust
This is the aptly named Tinker, a pocket sized 13-year-old Yorkshire Terrier who has the most adorable, playful character. Don’t let his age fool you he is still very active and absolutely loves to play fetch, even working out how to carry his toys upstairs so he can remind his foster carer to join in! Tinker is extra special because he no longer has any of his teeth! It doesn’t stop him from enjoying his food or from catching his toys, but it does mean his little tongue hangs out from his mouth occasionally. Tinker does have a few medical issues that a new family would need to take into consideration, the staff at Dogs Trust are more than happy to answer any queries you have about them. He could be rehomed with another canine companion pending successful meets at the centre. If you think you could offer this absolute superstar a home please apply and make sure to favourite his profile! Photo: Dogs trust
