“As Mayor, I wanted to help and I’m very grateful for the opportunity from LCDI to joins its initiative. From my home I have been making regular calls to some of the ‘Good Morning’ clients, having a friendly chat with them and very often a laugh as well.

“The service help to ensure that they have everything they need from groceries to medication, and it’s clear this service makes an invaluable positive impact on their day. I have struck up a good relationship with those I have spoken to and it has certainly been a very worthwhile experience for me.
