Avoid: broken down vehicle causing congestion
A broken down vehicle is causing congestiopn on the Newtownards Road between the Albertbridge Road and Holywood Road junctions in east Belfast.
One lane is blocked heading out of town. Trafficwatch NI made the warning at at 2.10pm on Friday.
