Young man due in court charged with grievous bodily harm with intent and common assault
Detectives investigating a serious assault in Londonderry in the early hours of Sunday, 18th January have charged a 17-year-old male with grievous bodily harm with intent and common assault.
A PSNI spokesman said he is expected to appear before Londonderry Magistrates Court today (Monday, January 19).
As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
