In a Facebook post Tracie Jenkinson said her daughter had been in Taffe's bar in Carlingford on Saturday night where she set her small black clutch bag beside the sink in the bathroom to wash her hands - and it went missing.

She said a reward is now being offered to anyone who is able to return it.

"The bag had a gold trim and contained her Samsung Galaxy S6 with a flip cover, pink inside with dreamcatchers, a small sum of cash, her bank card, her driving licence and an e-cigarette," said the post.

"The rest is irrelevant, but the phone contained numerous, irreplaceable photographs of my husband, her dad who died last year and she is quite obviously distraught.

"The phone has been blocked an is therefore useless, but we are offering a £200 reward for its safe return.

"The phone has a chip on the top left corner and there are two different cracks running down the phone from this."
