Sixth man arrested under Terrorism Act in Lyra McKee murder probe

Detectives investigating the murder of journalist Lyra McKee on 18 April 2019 in Derry/Londonderry have arrested six men.

Initially they arrested five men (aged 20, 41, 54 and two 21-year-olds) this morning - but this afternoon they arrested a sixth man - a 26-year-old man.

He has also been taken to the Serious Crime Suite at Musgrave Police Station in Belfast where he will be interviewed.
