The event is organised by Sperrins Gateway Landscape Partnership and will be led by Dermot Hughes from Forage Ireland.

The session is suitable for beginners and seasoned bakers who will enjoy being able to socialise while ticking this Christmas tradition off their to-do list.

Course costs are heavily subsidised by the Heritage Lottery Fund (NI) with the cost to participants only £10.

All ingredients will be provided and everyone will leave with a delicious fruit cake.

A list of utensils to bring will be provided when booking your space.
