Man shaken after shot fired through living room window

Detectives are appealing for witnesses following the shooting in the Stewart Avenue area of Cookstown around 11.15pm last night.

A PSNI spokesman said the man who was in the house at the time “was not injured but left shaken by his ordeal”.

Detective Inspector Will Tate is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who has any information that can assist with the investigation to contact Detectives in Cookstown on 101.
