Higgins said no to Orange invite, but attends SF dinner

A letter from A Thompson:

Before the hesitant Ulster Unionists decide whether or not to attend the Sinn Fein civic dinner at City Hall marking the centenary of the Easter Rising they should reflect on the fact that whilst President Higgins is prepared to accept an invitation to this event he declined an invitation from the Orange Order to attend a Twelfth demonstration in Donegal last year, an event in his own jurisdiction, unlike the City Hall dinner.
