Perhaps the intelligence services were stupid to fly Gerry Adams to London

The legal claim, highlighted by your paper, made against Gerry Adams being a member of the PIRA might benefit from asking the London based intelligence services are they just stupid in light of Adams, McGuinness and others in 1972 being flown to London for talks if they weren’t members of the PIRA.

And amazingly he and McGuinness seemed to rapidly advance inside the provisional movement after this meeting.

Am I just naive?
