For the first time in many years a vote which has taken place, ie the British Brexit referendum, has been followed through on.

How many times have we witnessed people’s voting against EU proposals in France, Netherlands and here in the Republic for them to be asked to vote again.

The democratic vote in the UK has been adhered to and well done to the British government for carrying through that vote.
