Founder Caroline MacMahon of Hidden Hair in Carrickmore said the brand is the result of years working in the industry and “yearning to create a product that satisfies both client and stylist alike.”

The initial release centres around the perfect tools to create bouncy, beautiful waves in an instant and includes the Wave Styling Wand (RRP £77.99), the Wave Styling Boar Brush (RRP £12), and the Wave Styling Comb (RRP £10).

Caroline said, “I wanted to create a luxury but affordable hair styling range, a tool that would allow you to create your own salon-style waves at home.

“I focused on quality but my main aim was also to ensure versatility – bringing out a range that would be suitable for all hair types, which is why I developed an interchangeable styling wand, one product that can create several looks, from undone texturised waves to glamorous, high volume curls.

“To complement the Wave Styling Wand, I developed the Styling Comb and Boar Brush, to ensure you have all of the essential tools to create perfectly polished waves.

“Be Almaí certainly comes from the heart, beginning with the name which is a combination of my daughter Alara Maí and my husband Alex, a little mixture of my biggest supporter and my greatest achievement.

“I have put my heart and my soul into this brand... I can’t begin to describe how happy I am to be at this final stage, looking at my completed range and feeling immense pride with how far it has come.”
