Major incident closes roads in Armagh - PSNI ask public to avoid area
Police have asked the public to avoid the Ardmore area of Armagh as they deal with an ongoing incident this evening.
It has been reported there was a gas explosion in the area.
It is understood that a number of homes and vehicles caught fire.
In a post on Police Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Facebook page they say: “We are currently assisting NIFRS with an incident in the Armore area of Armagh.
“We would ask for a little patience while this is being resolved. Please avoid the area.
“There will be no access until this matter is resolved. Thank you for your patience.”
