WORLD CUP FOOTBALL: Callum Morris and Paul Paton called into Northern Ireland squad

Aberdeen defender Callum Morris and St Johnstone's Paul Paton have been called into the Northern Ireland squad to face San Marino and Germany in World Cup qualifiers.

Morris was part of the international squad that travelled to the Czech Republic, but didn’t feature in the game in Prague.

Paton has two international caps and last represented the country in the friendly match against Wales at Cardiff City Stadium in March.

Michael O’Neill’s side play San Marino in Belfast on Saturday before travelling to face Germany on Tuesday.
