Ballynacannon Flock takes Sheep Interbreed Champion at Ballymoney Show 2026
BALLYNACANNON TAKES INTERBREED CHAMPION AT BALLYMONEY SHOW 2026 đ
What a day for the Taylor family from Coleraine, Co.Londonderry at Ballymoney Show 2026!
Their outstanding Suffolk Sucked ewe first claimed the Overall Suffolk Championship before going on to secure the prestigious Interbreed Championship Title.
This ewe is certainly no stranger to success in the Ballymoney show ring. As a Shearling ewe, she was awarded Reserve Interbreed Champion, and this year she returned in style with her own lamb at foot to go one better and take the top honour.
The Taylor family also enjoyed further success in the Suffolk section, taking:
Reserve Suffolk Champion with their gimmer
Male Champion with their ram lamb
The Suffolk classes were judged by Andrew Wilson.
An unforgettable day for the Taylor family of the Ballynacannon flock.
