The appointment underscores DailyPay’s growing commitment to attracting, developing and retaining talent in Northern Ireland as the leading on-demand pay platform and financial wellness solution continues to expand its presence in the region.

In his new role, Adam will oversee day-to-day operations at DailyPay’s Belfast office and lead the company’s talent strategy across Northern Ireland and the UK. Since opening in 2021, the Belfast office has grown to more than 150 employees across engineering, product, client success, operations and people teams.

Adam joined DailyPay’s people operations team in 2022 as the company’s first UK hire. Over the past four years, his remit has expanded to include global responsibility for the company’s people and talent functions across the US and UK. He will continue in this role alongside his new responsibilities as UK site lead.

“Northern Ireland is a place of extraordinary talent, and I am thrilled to be part of an organization that values hiring and developing people in the place I am proud to call home,” he said.

“As someone who grew up and still lives in Newtownards, just 30 minutes from our office, and built a career in this thriving market, I’ve seen firsthand the return companies get when they invest in local talent. Bringing that commitment to life here is deeply special to me.”
