Dungannon Mart to host Stars of the Future

This is the first of its kind in Northern Ireland and it is anticipated to be an annual event which is open to both haltered and unhaltered calves born in 2015.

Judging the event is none other than Alan Farlow, Garvagh.

Alan is no stranger to the show ring and has won just about every commercial show in the North of Ireland, he is a past Treasurer of the NICCEC and one of the founder members of the club.

There will be two categories on the day which will be haltered and non-haltered, further breakdowns of these section are as follows.

Haltered section will be broken down by breeds, then by male or female.

Non-haltered section will be broken down by male or females.

Breed champions and also supreme champion and reserves will be up for grabs on the day.

Calves wishing to be entered in the unhaltered section can do so on the day and of course calves do not have to be entered in any section, they are more than welcome to come along for the sale, but remember they must all be 2015 born.
