Substantial quantity of cattle stolen in Co Tyrone

Police are investigating the theft of a substantial quantity of heifers and bullocks from the Old Monaghan Road, Co Tyrone.

The theft occurred late on Monday 1st or in the early hours of Tuesday, 2nd August 2016.

Inspector Keith Jamieson said: “The animals are all between 650 and 800 kgs and are mostly cross bred continentals of various colours.

“Anyone with information is asked to contact police at Dungannon and quote CCS 960 of 3rd.”
