Belfast City Quays walkway closed after storm Eleanor
Belfast Harbour Police are advising the public that the City Quays walkway is closed due to loose hoarding.
Earlier they announced on Twitter that "due to collapsed hoarding we have had to close Donegal Quay from under the M3 bridge to the corner of Corporation SQ".
A short time later Donegal Quay reopened with Belfast Harbour Police adding "please approach with care". "Thanks for your patience."
