Blue plaques set for Londonderry
A plan to erect blue plaques for historically significant figures in the Londonderry and Strabane area has been approved.
Some of the candidates the Ulster History Circle want to give recognition to include Francis Ledwidge, a poet and soldier, Annie Russell Maunder, an astronomer and mathematician, and Dorothy Parke, a teacher and composer.
