Co Down woman accused of being drunk in charge of a child
A Co Down woman has appeared in court accused of being drunk in charge of a child and using disorderly behaviour.
Appearing in the dock of Belfast Magistrates Court, 25-year-old Keisha Cussack was charged with three offences, alleged to have been committed on 20 July this year.

Cussack, with an address at Downe Avenue in Downpatrick, is charged with being drunk in charge of a child under seven, using disorderly behaviour on Amelia Street in Belfast and resisting a constable.
None of the background to the case was opened in court, but a police officer gave evidence that she believed she could connect Cussack to each of the offences.
Applying for the case to be adjourned, a prosecuting lawyer indicated that a “full file has been requested.”
Having heard that Cussack is in receipt of benefits, District Judge Mark Hamill granted legal aid and releasing the defendant he adjourned the case to 6 October.
