Man, 28, due on court after village assault
A 28-year-old man has been charged with a number of offences including assault occasioning actual bodily harm and common assault.
It follows an incident in the village of Moy, Co Tyrone shortly after 8am on Wednesday morning.
He is due to appear at Strabane Magistrates’ Court today.
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
