Serious collision causes road closure in Co Down
Police have closed the main road between Lurgan and Dromore following a traffic collision.
Around 7.30pm on Tuesday, police said diversions had been put in place to direct traffic away from the junction of the Lurgan Road and the Blackskull Road.
A PSNI spokesman said: “The Lurgan Road in Dromore has been closed in both directions following a serious two vehicle road traffic collision at the junction with the Blackskull Road.
“Local diversions are in place but motorists are advised to avoid the area if possible.”
